Atlas and psychometrics test

The AgriXplainer Psychometrics Test is a tool designed for members of micro-enterprises in the agri-food sector to evaluate their educational marketing strategies. It assesses behavioral indicators, practices, and communication methods used to promote products through education. The test will be digitalized and available on the project’s website, providing users with automatic feedback on their internal marketing practices, highlighting effective strategies, and identifying areas for improvement. Results will be compared with European data, helping agri-food workers improve their performance.

The test will be validated using a sample of at least 140 agri-food workers, linking educational marketing practices to positive outcomes like job satisfaction and company performance, confirming its predictive validity. Additionally, the test will be supported by the AgriXplainer Atlas, which outlines the 70 educational marketing practices and provides a detailed guide for SMEs to replicate successful strategies. The Atlas will also present a transnational statistical analysis of data from the 140 SMEs, with reports at both national and European levels.
